You manage the mechanics department (technical department). What do you like and dislike in your work?

It is the provocative question. I like the fact that there is an opportunity to make decisions on my own, but I don't like the fact that you need to be responsible for these decisions. Therefore, the place, where is a golden mean, is very comfortable.

If there was another extra hour in your day, what would you do at that hour?

My wife would protest against such a question (laughs). I would say that I need to finish something at work, and she would say "go home!". But in fact, I would do an audit of those things that I don't have time to do. I took up what lies in a long drawer, which is not everyday.

Currently, we all know about the sanctions, about the fact that there is a problem with the supply of spare parts, etc. What difficulties are you currently facing in the repair and maintenance of our cars, are there any at all?

If we now take time and money as units of account, then, of course, difficulties appear. But, if this is not taken into account, then, if there is a desire to work, there are no difficulties at all. It's just that repairs have taken longer and have become more expensive, that's all.

Can the condition of the car tell which driver is driving?

Definitely. If the car has an owner and this owner does not change, then, of course, a lot can be said about the car. If a car, for example, often changes drivers, then the picture will be very vague. The driver who looks after the order in the cab will look after the order outside the cab, so it's all visible.

Have you had the most difficult day at work? Describe it.

Yes, I remember such a day. It was January. I don't know the exact date. In one day, 11 cars broke down, and all of them were carrying out transportation – all were loaded. It was a disaster. Everyone had a different reason for the breakdown: someone had an electrician, someone did not start, someone had everything frozen, and so on without end.

So it's not for nothing that they say that in transport companies winter is the most unloved time of the year. What is your opinion on this?

I absolutely agree. I don't like winter, it's the hardest time in transport: a short day, temperature changes, unrefined U-turns and turns on the roads, passes and so on. Therefore, winter is a constant problem and headache.

Do you have any driving safety tips for any driver?

In my opinion, the driver, getting behind the wheel of a vehicle, should clearly understand that he should not just "steer", but also be responsible for the safety of others and himself. If he always remembers this, then he will not make stupid, thoughtless decisions while driving either.

Do you have any wishes for the company and for yourself?

I wish long, long years both to the company and to yourself under this bright sun of the "ProLiv" company!
